Marshall Teller Records was started in the summer of 2010 by Leon Diaper and friends,
with the idea to champion new music that we would want on vinyl, something special.
MT001 would set the mood for the label, with a four way split 7", featuring friends
Dignan Porch, Cheatahs, Not Cool and Colours. From the start all the bands were very
much involved with the release, Nathan from Cheatahs designing the label logo, Criag
Bowers [Sleep All Day Records and Weird Dreams] giving some much needed guidance and
Joe Walsh [Dignan Porch] helping with the press side. [from MT site]
